Responsibilities 
Cook large volume of food items 
Recipes - ability to read, follow and convert portions to quantities 
Prepare consistent product 
Practice proper food service sanitation and food handling guidelines 
Offer ideas regarding new menu selections 
Requirements 
Passion for cooking with minimum 2 years of cooking experience preferred 
Attention to detail 
Knowledge of cooking, food handling and sanitation standards 
Effective time management/prioritization 
Ability to multi-task 
Ability to lift up to 30-40 lbs.
